No, ProctorLink does not store any data on our servers. All image data, including proctoring images and other relevant information, is stored locally on your own server. The plugin ensures that data remains within your infrastructure, and we do not have access to or store any of your data.
What is the Proctoring Report feature in ProctorLink?
The Proctoring Report feature provides detailed logs of proctored sessions, including warnings, session durations, and images captured during the exam. This helps administrators and teachers to review and analyze user behavior for maintaining exam integrity.
How do I integrate ProctorLink with my current system?
We offer a seamless plugin and advanced API capabilities, making it easy to sync with MoodleTM.
Can I customize the monitoring settings for each exam?
Absolutely. You can adjust capture frequency and warning intervals based on exam requirements.
How does the user limit work in my subscription plan?
Your subscription plan’s user capacity is calculated cumulatively. Each exam attempt counts toward your monthly limit. For instance, with the Starter Plan (up to 500 users), you could have 500 students take 1 quiz each, or 100 students take 5 quiz each, or any combination that totals 500 quiz attempts.
Can I add more users to my current subscription plan mid-month?
Subscription plan top-ups are not available. If you reach your user limit before your billing cycle ends, simply upgrade your plan for immediate access to additional users. For example, upgrade from Starter plan (up to 500 users) to Advanced plan (up to 2000 users) to continue proctoring.
Do unused users carry forward to the next month in my subscription plan?
No, unused users do not carry forward. Your subscription plan resets at the start of each billing cycle. For example, if you have used 300 out of 500 users on the Starter Plan, the remaining 200 users will not roll over to the next month.
